Current First Aid/CPR Certification
Completed NFHS Coaching Education Program by start of 2009-2010 school year
Current AZ Teaching or Coaching Certification
Prospective Teachers: Please enclose copies of your current teaching certificate, transcripts, fingerprint card, resume and references. Also arrange to have your placement folder/credential file sent to the school if you have one.
