DCES Application Process
Thank you for your interest in Desert Christian Elementary School. I am pleased to tell you that we have an excellent academic program that honors God in it's content, delivery, and service. We encourage you to visit our campus. A tour and chat can be arranged by calling (520) 885-4800.
Should you decide to apply, you may download the required forms - or call our office to have a set mailed to you. Once completed, the packet needs to be returned in person to the school office where a school representative will review it with you. At that point we will schedule your interview. Your child is not enrolled until after the interview has taken place.

A Completed Application will include:
*Family Application
*Signed Tuition Contract
*Application fee of $50 per child (non-refundable), Enrollment Fee of $250 per child (should be separate checks) Note: Enrollment Fee is non-refundable after child is accepted.
*Copies of last two years report cards and standardized test scores - when appropriate
*Signed Release of Information Form to be sent to your previous school for records
*Completed Church Life Recommendation (must be returned to DCES by church rep. before acceptance is confirmed)
*Student Health History Form
*Copy of Birth Certificate
*Documented Proof of Immunizations (we will photocopy the original)
*Parent Consent Form
*Signed Policy Governing Volunteers
